MEMBERSHIP
SYNC Gallery 2025 Member & Contributing Artist Recruitment who work in the following mediums:

Oil, Acrylic, Encaustic, or Watercolor

Pastel, Charcoal, or Graphite artists
-
Digital Artists (including AI)
-
Printmakers: lithographs, monotypes, digital, woodcuts, silkscreen, etc.
-
Photographers
-
Sculptors and assemblage artists
-
Installation artists
Membership includes:
-
A month long show annually shared with another member.
-
Year-round exhibition space in our back gallery, where the art is rotated monthly.

Participation in a month-long group show once a year.
-
Internet and social media presence on SYNC's website, Instagram & Facebook experiences.
Membership Responsibilities:

Members sit their own shows on First and Third Fridays, as well as gallery hours; Thursday through Sunday afternoons, during the month of their show.

Attend monthly meetings.

Share in the responsibility of running the gallery in one of three areas:

finance/membership
-
operations/sales
-
pr/marketing/communications
Full Membership Dues: For the calendar year of 2025 full membership is $110 a month if paid by check or $115 per month if paid by credit card.
If you wish to apply for membership, please submit the following:

A letter of interest explaining how you found out about SYNC Gallery, and the strengths you would bring to the gallery as a collaborative member.

5-6 jpeg images, no larger than 1MB each labeled with your name, title, medium, dimensions, and year completed.

Artist statement, Website, Facebook, and Instagram if applicable
Once your information is received, a committee will review your submission, and notify you about the status of your application.
Members sign a contract committing to pay dues for the entire year, either by providing the financial director with credit card information or post-dated checks for each month of the contract.
In addition, full time and associate members pay a one-time non-refundable initiation fee of $100 and a non-refundable key deposit of $50. The gallery takes 23% commission on all sales and the artist retains 77% of the sale.
